Ask Linda: What do I review in a Website Review?

Websites are a great marketing tool, but they are not a set and forget item in our marketing arsenal. Our websites are a fluid, growing and changing element that need reviews on a regular basis which is what lead to this question I am answering in this Ask Linda Episode; What do I review in a Website Review?

Your website is an important part of your marketing tools within your business. More than just an online business card, your website gives your customers a chance to research you and further cement the “Know, Like and Trust” feelings for your business.

A website review is ideally something we should do quarterly or even monthly, so along with the video I have a handy little checklist you can download to help you with your regular website reviews.

By making these simple frontend and backend checks you will know your customer is getting the best experience and not hitting broken links or getting the wrong impression when visiting your website.
